Water Rates and Billing*

Minimum bill for up to 3,000 gallons per month:  $12.00 Water
                                                                                  $12.00 Sewer 

The volumetric charge for sewer is $3.31 per 1,000 gallons.
The volumetric charge for water is  $2.77 per 1,000 gallons.
The volumetric charge will be increased 5% per year for the next five years beginning.

Sewer fees will not be charged for consumption beyond 15,000 gallons per month for residential customers.

For example:
The average customer that used 10,000 gallons per month will have a bill of $66.56.
